The Project.

The title of my project is Abstraction with Geometrics and Florals. These are all elements i enjoy working with and my aim is to incorporate them into the patchwork technique. My inspiration and ideas have come from the combined works of Beatriz Milhazes and M C Escher. I think that Eschers work links to the patchwork technique in the way that they both contain a puzzle like quality. I like this idea and the geometric style of Milhazes and I plan to experiment with a mixture of these to create my own unique style.
